Lack of movement
Awake but still for a long time, or not up by the usual hour? Fabi talks to the person first. If there's no answer within a few minutes, she alerts the family.
Family and safety
Family safety
The watch senses a fall, a lack of movement or a battery running low. Fabi alerts the family by phone call and WhatsApp, with the location.

When the watch senses a fall, it vibrates and asks “Did you fall?”, with two big buttons: I'm OK and I need help. If the person says they're OK, that's the end of it.
If there's no answer, Fabi calls the family and sends a WhatsApp message with the location, in the order you agreed on. The alerts stop when someone replies “on my way”.

She only speaks up when it makes sense: once per event, in a short sentence, within each person's own limits.

At 70% the watch reminds you: “charge your watch”, once a day, without nagging while it charges. Battery very low away from home: the family finds out.
You mark the usual places. If they leave the zone, especially late at night, the family gets an alert with the location.
On an outing, at the park or at the beach: for a few hours, the location is checked every minute or two within the marked area.
An authorized family member asks Fabi on WhatsApp and gets a map link. Only people who were authorized, and only while the authorization lasts.
The watch vibrates at the scheduled time and shows the Taken button. The family can see on the dashboard whether today's medication was taken.

One card per person: last signal, battery, steps, sleep, alerts, medication taken today, past and upcoming tests and appointments, and the calendar for the next few days. Through Fabi, you can send a message or ask her to book an appointment, when the person allows it.

One PDF per person with the month's appointments, tests, medications and adherence, watch readings, falls and alerts. Ready to take to the appointment.
Irregular rhythm, low oxygen at night, fever and signs of apnea only become an alert above that person's own limits, when the watch measures them.
Devices
With an Android phone. Falls, sign of life, battery, location and the on-screen buttons on the watch. On 4G models, the watch sends alerts even away from the phone. Android also gives a heads-up before the device is turned off.
With an iPhone. Fall detection by apps depends on a special authorization from Apple, which has been requested; until then, falls are handled by Apple Watch's built-in feature. The iPhone doesn't warn when it's about to be turned off.
What each model measures varies from one to the next. Before you buy, Fabi tells you what works on yours.
Anything marked Coming soon isn't working yet: we're getting it ready. Anything marked Available can already be turned on by Fabi.
The person being cared for (or their parent or guardian) authorizes each feature once: falls, location, safe zone, dashboard. You can turn it off anytime.
Each feature only turns on with specific authorization, and each family member agrees to receive the alerts. Learn more in the privacy policy.
Tell Fabi who you want to look after and which watch they use. She'll explain what can already be turned on.
